You'll have adequate time to review the report, and for any reason you are not happy with the result, that is all you have to pay. Our reimbursable expense always comes with a receipt if an audit is requested, and we will give you an estimate of the total expense prior. Pay our competitive professional fees only if you are completely satisfied with our result. We'll send you the hard copy of the Cost Segregation Study when we receive our professional fees.
